UANIKO is an independent mobile app studio and the Data Controller responsible for your personal data under applicable law. We develop apps for iOS and Android including TimeCraft and other upcoming titles.

2. What Information We Collect

Depending on the app, we may collect:

• Account information — name, email address when you register
• Usage data — how you interact with the app (features used, session duration)
• Device information — device type, operating system, app version
• Children's usage data — for parental control apps, screen time logs and task completion data associated with child profiles created by parents

We do not collect payment information directly — all purchases are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide, operate and improve our apps
• Respond to support requests
• Send important service notifications (not marketing)
• Analyze anonymous usage patterns to improve user experience

4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR — EU/EEA Users)

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, we process your personal data on the following legal bases under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) — to provide the app services you requested
• Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — to improve our products and prevent fraud
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — for optional analytics and marketing communications, which you may withdraw at any time
• Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) — where required by applicable law

For child profile data, the lawful basis is the parent's/guardian's consent (Art. 6(1)(a) and Art. 8 GDPR). We do not process children's data without verifiable parental consent.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority (DPA). A list of EU DPAs is available at edpb.europa.eu.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K)

Some of our apps (including TimeCraft) are designed for use by parents and involve child profiles. We take children's privacy very seriously:

• Child profiles are created and managed by parents or guardians only
• We do not collect personal information directly from children under 13 (US) or under 16 (EU)
• All child-related data is accessible only to the parent/guardian account holder
• Parents may delete child profiles and associated data at any time

Our apps comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), GDPR Article 8 (children's consent), and applicable regional regulations.

6. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

• Right to Know — you may request disclosure of the personal information we have collected about you in the past 12 months
• Right to Delete — you may request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions
• Right to Opt-Out of Sale — we do not sell your personal information. You do not need to opt out, but you may contact us to confirm this at any time
• Right to Non-Discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service providers — third-party tools that help us operate (e.g. analytics, crash reporting) under strict data processing agreements (DPAs)
• Legal requirements — if required by law or to protect our rights

Any third-party processors we use are bound by confidentiality obligations and are prohibited from using your data for their own purposes.

8. International Data Transfers

If you are located in the EU/EEA, your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the EEA (including Ukraine and the United States). Where such transfers occur, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.

9. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. Account data is retained for the duration of your account. After account deletion, data is purged within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

10. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard encryption and security practices. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your Rights (All Users)

You have the right to:

• Access — obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Restriction — request that we limit processing of your data
• Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests
• Withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting prior processing

12. Cookies & Analytics

Our apps may use anonymous analytics (e.g. Firebase Analytics) to understand how users interact with features. This data is aggregated and not linked to personally identifiable information. You can opt out in the app settings.

13. Third-Party Services

Our apps may integrate with Apple and Google services (sign-in, notifications, app stores). These services have their own privacy policies which we encourage you to review:

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
